Eco-wool – naturally!

Eco-wool is a natural and renewable raw material. The lambswool comes from lambs that are at most six months old. It is particularly soft because the fibers are still very fine. After shearing, the eco-wool is combed and loosened before being dyed a wonderful mustard yellow, spun into yarn, and then woven into this dreamlike blanket. It is barely scratchy, breathable, and possesses excellent insulating properties. It warms in winter and cools in summer. Klippan does everything to ensure the blanket feels soft; for this, the Oeko-Tex certified lambswool is specially pre-combed, though this quality is naturally scratchier than a cotton blanket would be, and the blanket may shed a little at first.

The mustard-yellow Ralph throw can be washed at 30 degrees, either by hand in the bathtub or on the wool cycle of your washing machine. Set the spin speed as low as possible to prevent the blanket from felting. To ensure you enjoy your wool blanket for a long time, it is best to use a mild wool detergent and avoid fabric softener. Keep in mind that natural wool fat has a self-cleaning effect and that you wash it out bit by bit with every wash.
