Eco wool – it makes sense!

Eco wool is a natural and renewable raw material. The lamb's wool comes from lambs that are a maximum of six months old. It is particularly soft because the fibers are still very fine. After shearing, the eco wool is combed and loosened before being dyed a wonderful ivory white, spun into yarn, and then woven into this dreamlike blanket. It is barely scratchy, breathable, and possesses excellent insulating properties. It warms in winter and cools in summer. Klippan does everything possible to ensure the blanket feels soft; for this, the Oeko-Tex certified lamb's wool is extra pre-combed, although this quality is naturally scratchier than a cotton blanket would be, and the blanket may shed a little at first.

The ivory-white Ralph throw can be washed at 30 degrees, either by hand in the bathtub or on the wool cycle of your washing machine. Set the spin speed as low as possible to prevent the blanket from felting. To ensure you enjoy your wool blanket for a long time, it is best to use a mild wool detergent and avoid fabric softener. Keep in mind that the natural wool fat has a self-cleaning effect and you will gradually wash it out with every wash. The ivory-white Ralph blanket airs out well outdoors, which helps it more in the beginning than any detergent. Airing out also works perfectly against any sheep smell that may occur initially.
