Goodvines – non-alcoholic wine from Heidelberg
Goodvines is a young company from Heidelberg that specializes in non-alcoholic wine. In doing so, Goodvines embodies a positive outlook on life, conscious self-determination, and a new drinking culture. The founders of Goodvine’s Getränke GmbH recognized the trend toward enjoying wine without alcohol and the great potential associated with it. Since 2019, founders Christina Claus and Jörn Walkling have been managing the purchasing of base wines, the gentle dealcoholization of the select wines, and the marketing in gastronomy and specialist retail throughout Germany. In the USA, where the Heidelberg-based products are selling like hotcakes, Jörn's brother is on-site and handles import and distribution.
Goodvines – Wine enjoyment without alcohol
In addition to a white Sauvignon Blanc, a sparkling Riesling, and a rosé made from Merlot, Goodvines also offers a non-alcoholic red wine from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. All of them are bottled in the classic Bordeaux wine bottle and feature a stylish label. But the exterior of the non-alcoholic Goodvines wines is just as convincing as their authentic taste. The non-alcoholic wine creations from Goodvines are a high-quality alternative to juice spritzers or lemonades when dining out or at home. In the process, they consciously forgo alcohol as well as artificial flavorings.
Those who wish to abstain from alcohol certainly do not have to sacrifice taste and style with Goodvines. After all, wine is associated with enjoyment, culture, and tradition, as well as a positive outlook on life. The wines from Goodvines, which are gently dealcoholized under vacuum by master craftsmen, are able to convey all of this. Furthermore, they make carefree wine enjoyment possible at any time of day.
Depending on the grape variety, the first-class, non-alcoholic wines pair well with small appetizers, meat and fish dishes, and vegetarian meals. The dealcoholized wines are fruity and fresh, lively and not too sweet; the red wine without alcohol is full-bodied and exhibits tannins. Alternatively, they can even be used to create long drinks and cocktails. Thus, Goodvines, which means something like "good vines," combines the values of the best wine tradition with the growing need for carefree and natural enjoyment, offering the best opportunities to enjoy in a stylish, mature, non-alcoholic, and authentic way.
