Gregor Nimmervoll – Rosé quergelesen
The Nimmervoll Rosé quergelesen 2023 by Gregor and Claudia Nimmervoll is pressed from the Zweigelt red grape variety, a red variety native to Austria. With 12% alcohol by volume, the Nimmervoll Rosé is a light, lively rosé wine; with 6.0 g/l acidity and 4.1 g/l residual sugar, it is crisp yet not too dry. It is a perfect aperitif and pairs well with cold appetizers or light fish dishes. With plenty of fruit on the palate and a touch of spice on the finish, this rosé from Nimmervoll shows that light wine enjoyment and quality can certainly go hand in hand.
Nimmervoll – Rosé from Zweigelt
The Zweigelt grapes for the Nimmervoll Rosé quergelesen grow in the Wagram region of Lower Austria on pure loess soils and were harvested on September 19, 22, and 26, 2023. Whole and slightly crushed grapes are gently pressed without skin contact, fermented partially chilled with cultured yeast and partially spontaneously in stainless steel tanks, sur lie. Matured in steel tanks, the result is an invigorating Nimmervoll Rosé with a very slight residual sweetness.
"A light temptation. Fruity, cheeky, and immensely refined. Captured sunbeams bundled into elegant finesse. Our proof that rosé is more than just a summer wine," say Claudia and Gregor Nimmervoll about their Rosé quergelesen.
Wagram Wine – quergelesen
The base wines of the quergelesen line are free of bells and whistles and extravagances, representing exactly what is written on the label: cheerful, immediately appealing representatives of their type, fundamentally honest, and charming all at once.
