Original Italian pasta, produced in Umbria using the traditional bronze "al bronzo" method. In this production step, the fresh pasta dough made from durum wheat semolina and egg is pressed through a bronze mold. This gives the pasta a rough surface, which allows sauce—such as tomato sugo, Bolognese, arrabiata, or even carbonara—to adhere better after cooking. At the same time, Good Hair Day Pasta retains a pleasantly firm bite. This allows you to conjure up a delicious meal on the table in just a few minutes.
