Young liqueur from Bremen since 2016

Behind Franzi is NORK, the young grain spirit and liqueur brand from Bremen, which has been managed by siblings Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer since 2016.

Instead of a dusty image, they focus on mild, honest recipes and partner with the traditional Sasse fine grain distillery. Over the years, clear double grain spirits have evolved into playful, award-winning liqueurs, ranging from lemon-ginger to eggnog, all stylishly presented in bottle and label.

The summery Franzi edition reimagines an old ice cream parlor idea. Dario Fontanella invented "Spaghettieis" in Mannheim in 1969 when he pressed vanilla ice cream through a potato ricer and topped it with strawberry sauce—a stroke of genius that caught on. Vanilla became spaghetti, strawberry purée became the sauce, and grated white chocolate became the parmesan. This very image is now captured in this 500 ml bottle.
