Aioli and Mayonnaise from Stonewall Kitchen in Maine
Stonewall Kitchen aiolis are creamy garlic mayonnaises from Maine, refined with truffle, chipotle, mango, or fresh herbs. Ready-to-use in a jar for dipping, spreading, and refining – from mild garlic to fruity and spicy, for fries, burgers, and grilled vegetables.
Aioli from Stonewall Kitchen is a creamy garlic mayonnaise from the American producer in York, Maine, which began in 1991 as a small market stand. Instead of laboriously preparing it in a mortar, you get eight ready-to-use varieties in a jar – classic with roasted garlic or playful with truffle, mango, and chili. Spoon-ready, creamy, versatile.
Eight varieties from mild to fiery
The selection ranges from classic garlic to fruity and spicy, usually in jars of 276 to 304 grams.
The favorite is the Roasted Garlic Aioli with gently roasted garlic, followed by our best-selling variety, the creamy, fruity, and spicy Habanero Mango Aioli. If you prefer something sophisticated, go for the Truffle Aioli, the queen of the varieties, with the earthy scent of truffle. Creamy, tangy, aromatic – the right mayo for every preference.
Get smoky with the Chipotle Aioli, fresh with lemon and herbs with the Lemon Herb, or green and spicy with the Basil Pesto Aioli. A different spoonful for every plate.
For fries, burgers, and grilled vegetables
Whether as a dip, spread, or a delicate dollop on your plate depends on how bold you like it.
The mild varieties go well with fries, baked potatoes, and fish sticks, while the spicy ones pair with burgers, wraps, and grilled meat. On the grill, a bold aioli goes particularly well alongside smoky barbecue sauce, and an opened jar will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator. One spoonful is enough to turn simple fries into a little feast.
Creamy, tangy, and always within reach
A good aioli is always in our fridge for when hunger strikes or for a spontaneous barbecue evening.
As soon as the jar is opened, the scent of garlic and truffle fills the kitchen, and the dip disappears faster than you can restock. Whether with crispy potato wedges, on a sandwich, or as a dash of color next to a steak, it makes a little go a long way.
Since 2010, Stonewall Kitchen sauces have been among our bestsellers. You can find the entire brand selection in our Stonewall Kitchen overview. Once you've tried it, you'll always have it in your fridge.
