The Pinot Blanc Wagramlöss is fragrant with notes of pears, apples, and white blossoms. On the palate, it is juicy, cool, and elegant.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo maintain freshness, Gregor Nimmervoll harvests the Pinot Blanc grapes as soon as they are physiologically ripe. In 2023, this required three harvest passes between September 25 and October 25, 2023. The grapes are destemmed, meaning they are separated from their stalks and stems, and gently pressed after a 12-hour maceration period. They are then fermented on the lees in steel tanks.
