Ground elder is a herb from our forests, with a scent and taste slightly reminiscent of parsley. Emmer, one of the oldest types of grain, is known for its hearty, slightly nutty flavor. This non-alcoholic cocktail impresses with exotic, mild fruit notes with subtle hints of fresh lemon balm and herbs. The old apple and perry pear varieties come from the landscape-defining meadow orchards along the bird sanctuary at the foot of the Swabian Alb – hand-picked, ripened, and gently processed at the Jörg Geiger manufactory, which has already received several awards (including from Slow Food) for its juices.
