The T Red is a special cuvée that reflects the lightness of South Tyrolean Vernatsch, the fruitiness of South Tyrolean Pinot Noir, and the full-bodied nature of Merlot. It is a fusion of the tradition and history of South Tyrolean wine. In the glass, the T Rosso reveals a ruby-red color and a fruity bouquet of red berries with a hint of herbal aroma. On the palate, there are notes of cherry, blackberry, and cassis, making it fruity, juicy, and pleasantly light.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServed slightly chilled, the T Cuvée Rosso is an excellent companion to appetizers and snack platters, as well as typical Tyrolean dishes; it also pairs well with pizza, pasta, and grilled food.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCantina Tramin – Vinification\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2025 vintage began with a mild winter and a particularly early, lush bloom. The summer was changeable: a warm to hot June was followed by a cool, rainy July, before a very warm August rapidly accelerated the ripening of the grapes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe harvest started much earlier than usual in many places and was short, intense, and demanding. However, thanks to the small vineyard plots of our member families, their great flexibility, and careful hand-picking, the grapes were brought in at the exact optimal time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe red wines of the 2025 vintage are juicy and fresh, some with great aging potential – especially the Pinot Noir, which shows great depth and development potential. The white wines are slightly lighter than in previous years, with moderate alcohol, lively acidity, and a clear, fruity style.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vines for this Cantina Tramin T Cuvée Red grow on lime and gravel-rich clay soils on hillsides at altitudes between 250 and 550 meters above sea level. The grapes were harvested at the time of their respective optimal physiological ripeness and transported to the winery in small containers.
